My order was supposed to arrive at 6:27 but it got delayed over and over till it reached the 2 hour mark and I had no support from the team because they simply wouldn't answer. And when I cancelled the order, the restaurant called me and said my order was ready. I recommend ordering from big delivery apps (keeta, hungerstation, toyou, etc) if you want herfy so they can actually give support

the food is good,but they should check the flies, its flying everywhere. What I didn't like in this store is the female staff she's unapproachable, it's like she looks like she doesn't like her work and was forced to do it. When you ask her something, she answers you in an attitude like 'whatever' and this is not the first time I encounter her in this place with that kind of work ethics. I miss the little brother 'kuya' here, I don't know the name. He is talkative but very friendly.

I have never wrote a review for an app but i had to for this. Just DONT think of downloading or ordering any kind of delivery service from herfy in any app this or otherwise. I ordered and waited for 3 hours full of calls to the phone service to check on my order if it will arrive, to finally decide to cancel it, now i have to wait a week or more to get my money back wich i had to pay so i can order in the first place. So if you want herfy so bad go get it from a branch or dont get it at all.
