The app feels average and unreliable. Each time I need to check something, the poor UI stands out. With 50+ recordings in a day, finding one video is frustrating. After opening a video, going back to the library means starting over and scrolling through the same list just to click next, repeating this dozens of times. A simple back button should return you to the library so you can continue where you left off.

Recently i changed my wifi router. Now new wifi router is not getting connected...the damn thing can't detect the QR code for reset or wifi change , either of them. I am holding my phone for 5 minutes straight in front of it...like an idiot, but it can't detect!! What should be done?

It takes hours to retrieve recorded videos. Most of the time you cannot watch footages. Devise is nothing else but cheap Chinese toy. The person at the door cannot listen your voice, it is so faint! Many times I complained about this but they raised their hands. They say they cannot increase volume of the device. This device worked only for 2 years. Technician visiting charges are highest ₹750. Technician said it is beyond repair so buy new unit.
