Worst app ever! Not only that it keeps me logged off by itself all the time, but Hertz's idiotical virtual key not working without internet. There is no way to open the car in underground garage if there is no internet! Herz doesn't give me a physical key. Never again hire from them!!

App os full of bugs, from payment methods alterations to simple tools operations is just a hassle to navigate your app. Lots of information is wrong, such has where to find the vehicle or your actual costumer service numver not working. Very poor, on the level of a company you are you have lots to do.
