The name fits. Using this service hertz. Like salt in a wound. It's one of the worst technology experiences Ive ever had. I never received a code to access the car after I made a reservation. Not that making the reservation was easy. Clearly this app was made with an enormous lack of attention to detail. So after not receiving a code im standing in the cold on hold with customer support. After 20 minutes of being on hold they hung up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP

I tried to rent a van and the pick up location wouldn't allow me to take the vehicle because I didn't have this application on my phone. I downloaded this application and sent in all of the required documents and 36 hours later, my account still hadn't been validated and I have no way to transport the bed I bought for my daughter. As of the writing of this review, my account STILL hasn't been "validated". Worst rental experience of my life!!

Used multiple times, on evwry occasion the van was full of junk. Ranging from tires, dirty pillows, duvets, dust sheets and debris. The system for photographing and unlocking the car could be painstakimg and crashed while being used. Also, using your phone to unlock the car via bluetooth is a heavily flawed system, nearly leaving me locked out of the van without a way to charge my phone. I also recieved a fine for parking in B&Q, when contested was denied. Worst van rental imaginable.
