I love the overall idea of this saving app and how seamless the experience has been. However, I'm not able to login even though I have constant data and even used wifi, it keeps displaying the image, "Please check your Internet connection"

I have been an user of HERVEST since 2022, the app works fine and I gave a 5 star rating until the update/upgrade and everything just went down. From struggling to access some section of the app to not been able to withdraw at maturity date. This is not HERVEST I know and introduced friends, too. Not sure of my continuous usage after all my current savings/investment is matured and pulled out. I gave a 2 star rating now because the support team is quite responsive

This is a very frustrating app. I'll advise anyone who wants to use it to have a second thought. I regret putting my money in it and once I'm done collecting the money, good bye to the app. I won't allow anyone I know use this app, never. You guys better sell the app and use the money to buy what is wrong with it. Once I find a better app to save my money I'm deleting it, like wse everyone I introduced to it. For context I've been using it since 2022 and it wasn't as bad as this. What went wrong
