Ratings and reviews

Hello Heyo Support, I am facing a calling issue on my account for the last 1 month. Whenever I try to call someone, the call fails / does not connect. I have tried everything - updated the app, cleared cache, reinstalled, tried on WiFi and mobile data, and even tried my ID on another phone, but the problem is still same. I checked with another account on same phone and calling works, so it seems my main account has some issue / restriction. Please check and restore my calling feature.

What a junk service. DON'T GO FOR IT. It just says activation failed retry and on retry, it keeps going in loop: Enter mobile number -> OTP -> Activation failed -> Retry. There is no support, absolutely nothing. Good that it broke before I paid anything, now I'll go for some other proper service.

4 hours response time from support. Not able to login since two days, their support team isn't responding at all. Am stuck with financial losses because of their app. they advertise as 0 down time, the app is down since 24 hours, no one takes responsibility.
