Ratings and reviews

They never disclose the full information before the purchase. Poor support, they have never resolved the WhatsApp integration issue for past two years but will collect the charges including WhatsApp. I was completely dissatisfied. They tend to increase the cost frequently without proper notification. No support in favor of customers, If you want to change the plan their recommendations is create a new account and lose the number. Not possible to port, again lose the number.

I am very disappointed with your service. Most of the time, I have to dial three times for the call to connect even once, and even when it does connect, the voice is not clear and the conversation cannot be heard properly. This is very frustrating, and honestly, I regret purchasing the subscription. Please improve the service as soon as possible.

scam app, I use this application for 12 month every month because I set up automatic payment mandate so automatic renew recently I have seen my payment showing successful for the last month and they are just ready to cancel my subscription if I do not double pay, second issue in the beginning the price was reasonable without improving the app the even started double and triple in the price, caller tune also sometime not work, for WhatsApp charging extra, automatically it get zero without use
