About this app

"HeyMelody" is an app that enables you to manage your OPPO and OnePlus earbuds. After connecting your earbuds, you can view the battery levels of both earbuds and the charging case in real time. This app also offers functions such as sound effect adjustment, gesture customization, and firmware OTA updates.
Notes:
1. If there is no related function after downloading the app, please update the App version and try again.
2. If your phone supported headset's feature settings in the phone setting you don't need to install the app.

Ratings and reviews

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am VERY impressed with this app. It looks practically identical to the oneplus settings, but I wish there was some option, potentially in device controls or the notification bar, that allows for you to change settings for noise cancelation and game mode. I find myself always switching based on my current situation, and it would be amazing if I could change that easier. Great app, thanks!

Need software update.The problem is when using buds sometimes the audio is not coming for few seconds later again audio is comming.It is repeating for long time.I even checked the video, music also but the problem is in buds and no problem from mobile. The buds i purchased is oneplus nord 3 pro no software updates since it was purchased. please fix this problem As soon as possible.Another issue is when buds took out of case its not getting connected to mobile This is second problem.

Headphones have been ok until recently so I don't know if I'd missed an update, but either way the buds pro 3 keep cutting out, I've checked with the app and my OnePlus phone but it's very noticeable when you put your head forward (when bending down)... very annoying!! I can't find a way to rectify it despite the uninstall and restart process ... 😕
