Edit: downgrading to 1 star because the app continues to show ads that block you from using it for several seconds. This is completely unacceptable. It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

Honestly I would change my review and give five stars if I wasn't blasted with pop-up ads that I'm forced to see when opening the app. I absolutely love the app otherwise, and the products need no advertisement. They are amazing, and I have a bunch of different earbuds and blue tooth speakers, to prove it. Just have an advertisement tab within the app that I can click on in my own time to see new and upcoming products.

Going through the steps to remove a dual connection doesn't actually remove it. They're just permanently connected. Super cool. update: even better, ordered a second pair of the same earbuds since they went on sale for $50 but they don't support connecting to both at the same time. Love being punished for buying a second product. The good news is you can set the settings and never need the app again, it's not like you can edit dual connections anyway
