Please for the developers of this app check on it. For an app that came with my phone, it took a lot of tries to update it. I have to "uninstall" the app that was provided by the system and "re-install" so the update could go through. A bit frustrating since the Play store kept running into a certain incompatibility with my device, seemingly for an app that was provided by the system why wouldn't it be compatible?

I simply uninstalled the app which uninstall the updates and then immediately updated the app and it worked. Not sure what to rate this application as it's a background app.. well taking about the issue which you might see when you will try to update as it will fail. thanks me if it works for you too

if you can't update this app. don't close the playstore be it in background, now open settings app manager and select the mobile services on the top right corner click on 3 dots bang on Uninstall updates. After this back on playstore update the app. hope it will helps.
