I used this service for the first time around 2 weeks ago. Of a 10 minute experience, where approximately 7 of those minutes were getting set-up and then making sure I had properly stopped the ride, the cost was over $8. Over $8 for approximately 3 minutes ride on a scooter. Even if I had rode for the whole 10 minutes - $8 is costly. At these rates I'm unlikely to use the service again.

The Lawlers
I am repeatedly getting an "internal error" message when trying to hire a scooter, right after I click the 'unlock helmet' button. Have reported it three times but they have a bot answering help requests that is completely useless. I wish the rival scooter company hadn't got banned in my town, at least their app worked.

I advise everyone to steer way clear of these scooters. Have subscripted to the Neuron plus pass with a monthly fee of around $5 nzd and am now unable to cancel the subscription. Customer service is the worst and seems to be going around in circles with giving me instructions on how to cancel. I've followed there instructions and it doesn't work but they continue to tell me the same thing. Piss poor company with piss poor service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ITS 💩
