Doesn't work. Tried to get help/support and it kept telling me to check the app I was already on. Clearly in a zone marked ok and marked parking but app kept telling me I was in a no ride zone. I tried everything 10 times and no luck. Seems like a scam just wanting credit card numbers. Disappointing.

Signed up and made me put my credit card info in first thing, only for the app to tell me "Neuron stopped servicing my city" and now there is no way to access my profile to delete my account from the app. Just bricked at the main screen which says "Sorry, we don't service this city". Poor design

neuron was bought out and has left users in limbo during the transition, not allowing the purchase of passes. there has been no communication from the company, no warning of the changes or lack of availability. very unprofessional.
