The latest update has broken the service. Scooters can no longer be reserved, the scooter icons no longer show the charge level, the new map now opens unwanted popups when trying to move the map, but the Devs have outdone themselves this time as when starting a trip you now get "Starting a trip in this area is not allowed". All users in my location are affected.

for a 10 minutes walk I decided get near to save 5 minutes it took me another 10 minutes after the ride to end the trip which didn't work because the app was unable to recognise the photo of the bike. then instead of returning my money I have to spend another half an hour to explain to about why I need my money to be returned. so if i walked I would have saved $13 + 1 hour time

the first few iterations of this app I found quite good however as it has progressed it has become quite invasive with the permissions that are not able to be toggled on and off. i am considering buying a cheaper phone exclusively to use with this app so it does not interfere with my main device.
