Protect your debit and credit cards by sending you transaction alerts and giving you the ability to define when, where and how your cards are used. Simply download the app to your smartphone, then customize your alert preferences and usage settings to monitor and manage your cards.
Alerts Ensure Safe, Secure Card Usage
Alerts for PIN and signature transactions can be set up to keep you informed of your debit and credit card usage and help you quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. This app can send an alert when a card is used or when a card transaction has been attempted but is declined ? and additional customizable alert options are available. Alerts are sent in real time, immediately after a transaction has taken place.
Location-Based Alerts and Controls
The My Location control can restrict transactions to merchants located within a certain range of your location (using your phone?s GPS); transactions requested outside of the specified range can be declined. The My Region control uses city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map; transactions requested by merchants outside of a specific region can be declined.
Usage Alerts and Controls
Spending limits can be established to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed your defined thresholds. Transactions can be monitored and managed for specific merchant categories such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants entertainment, travel, and groceries. And your transactions can also be monitored for specific transaction types: in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions, mail/phone orders and ATM transactions.
Card On/Off Setting
When the card is ?on,? transactions are allowed in accordance with your usage settings. When the card is ?off,? no purchases or withdrawals are approved until the card is subsequently turned back ?on.? This control can be used to disable a lost or stolen card, prevent fraudulent activity in the case of a data breach, or control spending.

This app also lets you to conduct card-related mobile transactions wherever you are, any time of the day. Supported transactions include:

Ok heres the deal as of sept 2023. I can get the app to work on an old phone (S8) that has an exterior fingerprint reader. But on my new phone (S23) with a finger print reader IN the screen it does the loop sign in issue everyone is having... im thinking with the old phone its because you can keep your finger on the reader and it will log it in. But not on the newer in screen reader because the reader is only active when the prompt comes up. Hopefully this review helps the dev team sort it out.

I'm giving this one star because there's no option for zero stars. This app doesn't work and never has. It puts you in an endless loop of asking you to download something that's already downloaded. More importantly, who's bid idea was it to create a second app to work with the first app? That is stupid. Apps are supposed to make things convenient not make you run around from one app to the other. This is typical Hickam Federal Credit Union---always behind the curve.

I try logging into the app, it sends me to the banking app. I try clicking on "open cards app", it tells me to download it even though I've already downloaded it. I even try to sign in directly using my hickam account on the app itself, and it tells my that my password or username is wrong. Please fix your app
