No matter what I do, it doesn't ever let me access my account no matter how many times I try to change the password. I tried it again yesterday and it didn't even send me the email with the temporary password code at all, and I check all my email addresses and the spam folders of all of them. I even called the establishment and not even the employee who tried fixing it for me managed to get any passwords to stick.

Great credit union with wonderful employees that go above and beyond. I have been with this credit union for over 3 decades. With my ratings, I give 5 stars if an item, service or associate goes above expectations and it is ALL above and beyond expectations at Highway Federal Credit Union

The previous app was easier and more convenient. This one does the job, but added more steps to do simple transactions, and doesn't keep up on transactions as well as the prior app.
