Pill Dot is a calm, offline pill reminder built around one idea: a single tap to log a dose. No accounts. No noise. No data leaving your phone.

It’s designed for anyone who wants to remember their daily pills without handing their information to a server. Medication names, reminder times, daily logs, and settings all live on your device, inside the same private storage Android already protects.

WHO IT’S FOR
• Anyone with a daily pill routine — a multivitamin, prescription, supplement, or hormone schedule
• People caring for a parent, partner, or housemate who’d rather not use a cloud service
• Anyone who wants a clean, single-purpose reminder app instead of a tracker that tries to do ten things at once

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add a pill — name it, pick a color, set one or more reminder times.
2. Pill Dot nudges you at the scheduled time through your phone’s notification system.
3. When you take it, tap the dot. The day’s progress fills in and your streak counts up.

If you tap by mistake, an Undo button sits in the snackbar for a few seconds. No three-step “are you sure” prompt.

RELIABILITY ON MODERN ANDROID
On Android 12 and later, precise-timing alarms require a one-time permission grant. Pill Dot guides you through it with a clear, optional prompt — if you skip it, reminders still work, just within a small system-managed window. Either way, the app never silently fails.

After a phone restart or an app update, Pill Dot automatically re-arms every reminder so nothing slips through.

PRIVACY, AS A DEFAULT
• No accounts. No sign-up. No email required.
• No backend. We don’t run a server, so there’s nothing for us to receive.
• Your data stays on your device. Uninstalling deletes it.
• We don’t sell, share, or analyze your medication information.

ADS AND THE PRO UPGRADE
The free version includes a small banner ad in a single, non-disruptive spot. Ads come from Google AdMob and never appear on top of your reminders or logging actions.

A one-time Pro upgrade removes ads and unlocks:
• Up to 12 medications
• CSV export of your full history
• Weekly and monthly reminder cycles
• Refill alerts
• Person labels — useful if you’re tracking pills for more than one household member

You pay once, through Google Play. That’s it.
