-Interest: $100*0.22%*91 = $20
-Service Fee: $100*10% = $10
-Received amount: $90 = $100 - $10
-Total Repayment amount will be: $110 = $90+$20

Application Steps
-Please register with your phone number with mobile account.
-If your number is from EcoCash you need to have an InnBucks account.
-After registration you will need to fill in some information.
-Wait for our approval.
-Receive our loan and pay back in time.

I have a problem. this app works well one minute and the next minute it doesn't. my account has been locked several times for allegedly receiving too many confirmation code but I would not have received any code. the phone numbers given on the app for assistance are never answered for assistance. but when it's repayment time you guys are very efficient. you phone a day before due date....

This is a total scam of a service. At first we started very well until recently when I made my payment and they started saying it's not received and it's not reflecting. Tried to call customer service numbers they are not going through. Tried to call the Tellers they are responding but keeping on saying still trying to rectify the problem. Now your system has blacklisted me and still adding interests to my account. I don't think I would recommend anyone in the future.

not sure if they are just about data collection, the app runs smoothly until you've uploaded the documents needed. looking forward to a better review next time..... thank you for the response, it's a great sign that you are concerned about your customers and you are willing to help when you can, much appreciated. just hope the much talked about loan servicing is processed in more or less the same time it took for Himoney to respond to my review.
