I signed up and paid for a membership but get error messages every time I tried to use the app features. Their support has not helped with the issue and I'm still getting charged for their services. Would not recommend unless you want to loose your money and be ignored. update: issues are still on going, I'm still being charged for their services and being told that I need to fix the issues. The app will not allow you to unlink your card info unless you provide another card for them to charge.

I hit cancel to back out of signing up. I wasnt interested when I saw that even though it said up to $250, it had changed to up to $100 and the monthly fee of $15 and would be taken NOW when I couldnt pay for it, as I'm in a negative balance in my account. 10 minutes later, I have been charged the fee anyway. So I go back into the app and see no way to cancel it other than not get charged in OCT. So I think fine. take the advance. It gives me $30 and 3.99 rush fee to cover overdraft they caused

I was charged for the Super+ membership at $15.00 without ever signing up. Also, I had not used the app for days when I was notified they charged my account. The charge also came in on the weekend when their call centers were closed. This seems predatory. I declined the Super+ every time I was asked, a long with the several extra offers they throw at you to get you to accidently agree. I was not charged for super+ until days not using the app
