It changed the date of my hotel search when I chose a hotel to book and I didn't notice till I got the confirmation of the booking. Mistake on my part for not being really thorough but the date changing was not something I expected to happen. Just wasted $165 cause they won't let me change the dates even though its been less than 30 minutes since I booked it

The service was OK until I had to deal with their support. I booked through them once but it wasn't confirmed by the hotel: it was overbooked essentially but I was still charged by Super (the hotel never received any money) Now, 2 weeks have passed and I'm still trying to get my refund. First chat went well: it ended with "you're all good; you should receive your refund soo", but I still haven't gotten it. The subsequent chats proceed to ask for all the details again, with atrocious wait times

I signed up and paid for a membership but get error messages every time I tried to use the app features. Their support has not helped with the issue and I'm still getting charged for their services. Would not recommend unless you want to loose your money and be ignored. update: issues are still on going, I'm still being charged for their services and being told that I need to fix the issues. The app will not allow you to unlink your card info unless you provide another card for them to charge.
