Very disappointing experience. The platform is unclear, communication is poor, and customers are not properly informed about important steps such as additional shipping costs. Despite paying the requested fees and receiving payment confirmation, my orders were cancelled and I was left dealing with complicated procedures between sellers, warehouse, and shipping. A professional platform should protect and support its customers, not make them responsible for internal system issues.

Too expensive - Logistics fees given at the end of the transaction (when it arrives at the warehouse) is ridiculous... got a $700 fee for items that cost $100+... not worth it... I'd say its a scam! Appears cheap but they rip you in the end to get the items.

My most unsatisfactory experience involved purchasing an item at a significantly reduced price, only to incur disproportionately high shipping costs.
