This app makes it easier for workers to find temporary job. Registered jobs from employers will be visible to workers and once a worker picks a shift on the "HireOn : Workers" app, the status of the registered shift changes to shift "PICKED" and the same status will be reflected on the employer's the app and a notification email will be sent to both the parties for the updated status. Employers and workers both have the right to unpick/delete the shift with certain rules which will be shown before doing any such action on the apps.
