I got a notification that my order was being prepared but never one that said it was ready for pickup. Couldn't find anywhere to check on my order progress in the app either, just the record that an order had been placed today and nothing about whether it was pending/being prepared/ready. After a while I went to ask in person and turns out my order had just been sitting there getting cold. The app also cannot do happy hour prices :( Seems like an excellent app besides those issues.

We are working on it, Arianna! Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are updating the app to feature order progress as well as the happy hour menu. Due to the many major challenges of these times, the happy hour menu in app was not prioritized. We're sorry you had this issue. Once order progress is live, we'll be sure to let you know.

Easy to navigate BUT. It only contains the dinner version of the menu and the sushi menu. The app does not have the lunch menu at lunch time. So you cannot order things like the bento through this app and must call or use grubhub or something. It's also possible you could order a dinner only menu item at lunch time and then be told later that the item isn't avalible.

Thank you for your feedback, Regan. The app does offer lunch menu during lunch hours, including bento items, and switches to the dinner menu automatically during dinner hours. However, because this may not have been clear, we are updating the app so it displays "Now showing lunch (or dinner) menu". Thank you for supporting us during these times.

Don't bother, just use other ordering options than this app. Either the app doesn't give a good approximate pickup time, or other services are prioritized more. Reason being, I ended up waiting 20 minutes longer than the pickup time the app told me. I've never had a time that off when using other services for pickup ordering.
