I have been using this app as a driver since last October. It was going well, suddenly without any reason they suspended my account, the reason they said ' I'm not responding to the inquiries', that's totally unreal. They can go through my reviews and messages. Anyhow I have to get 3 payments which is due since the 3rd week of February. It's really not fair to me.

This is by far the worst ride-sharing / carpool experience I have ever had. I booked a ride and realized within 2 minutes that the pickup location was too far. I simply wanted to switch to another driver who was closer. So I canceled — only two minutes after booking — and they charged me: $13 in cancellation fees +$5 in commission fees For a ride that never happened. That’s almost $20 taken for nothing. Got cancelled on by 3 drivers in a row. Nothing on this app is reliable because the drivers use multiple apps at the same time, and often show up with full cars, or keep their listings up without even opening the app or responding to messages. Allowing drivers to confirm ride requests up to right when the car leaves is ridiculous. They should have to confirm at least an hour in advance so that passengers can actually plan around. License plate numbers not being mandatory is also insane to me.
