Ratings and reviews

Got cancelled on by 3 drivers in a row. Nothing on this app is reliable because the drivers use multiple apps at the same time, and often show up with full cars, or keep their listings up without even opening the app or responding to messages. Allowing drivers to confirm ride requests up to right when the car leaves is ridiculous. They should have to confirm at least an hour in advance so that passengers can actually plan around. License plate numbers not being mandatory is also insane to me.

Don't be misled by the "Made in Canada" label. The app works, but customer support was disappointing. Even after acknowledging that the driver accepted a booking despite the pickup details provided upfront and issuing a refund, support still tried to assign responsibility to me. Not the fair, common-sense treatment I expected from a Canadian company. Will try to avoid in the future Update: it took them 30+ emails back and forth to figure out refund money for a separate incident. I'm impressed

Dustin was an excellent driver. He was friendly, professional, and made the ride comfortable from start to finish. He went the extra mile by dropping me off at my exact destination, which I really appreciated. His outstanding service and attention to detail made for a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dustin and would be happy to ride with him again.
