The application is unable to verify the driver license. It failed my verification without giving any explanation. There is no retry for verification. If you go to help section and then message, there are prepopulated prompts and no human help at all. Chatbot gives you same answer everytime. Recent changes to the application are not useful at all.

So much information is obscured and they will blame you for not investigating the person beforehand and remove the trip from your account so you can't even check if people were lying or not. Terrible app with terrible service.

the UX is still barebones. there are so many features but not fully thought through. like basic typing on the chat becomes a hassle. while I appreciate allll the features, I guess there's a world where basic things work right. definitely needs better prioritization to make experience better.

Another round of fixing the things that get in the way.
Editing one of your vehicles works again: the Update button used to stay greyed out however much you changed, and a refused save said nothing at all. On Android the keyboard no longer covers the button you are reaching for, and selected text stays readable. Previous and popular stops are back when you add a via, and your booking total names the currency.
