First time trying hypnosis and this worked perfectly. I have been free from cigarettes for 5+ months. It was so easy, quite unbelievable, I am so very thankful for this app. I used it daily for the first month and now I listen to it about once every 2 weeks to keep myself in line. (Just in case) I feel like I've never smoked a day in my life, I can't even remember what it was like before. Thank you!! :-) ☆ UPDATE☆ Still smoke free after 9+ years! 🤗

so glitchy. It cuts off halfway through the relaxation part and the glitches bring me out of a meditative state and can be jarring. This is my 3rd app with Andrew johnson (deep sleep and dont panic have been amazing for me) and I'm disappointed this one doesnt work.

I have been smoking since I was 17 and have tried everything - gum, hypnosis, etc. This is the only thing that enabled me to quit nicotine. It's been over six months without any.
