About this app

Welcome to Hively!

After finding out that there is no app designed around tracking Australian Native Stingless Bees, we decided that needed to change. So we dedicate this app to all the Australian Native Beekeepers for all the work they do to help preserve this special species of bees, Thank you!

START TRACKING
With Hively, currently you can add up to 75 beehives but soon you will be able to add 100's, stay posted! Keep track of them with a quick summary but also look back at the beehives history with logs.
Each beehive has its own record where you can make logs
- Tracking weight,
- Location
- Supplements
- Propagation
- Notes
- Photos.

If you like, you can also print a unique QR code for each beehive.

OFFLINE CAPABILITIES
Out in the field, just open Hively, scan the code, and add a log on the spot. Your device is offline? No need to worry as you'll see the updates in realtime while changes are waiting to be synced when online again.

EXPORT DATA
In Hively, you can export your beehives data to a Google Sheet in multiple ways. You can export a single beehives data and all of it's previous log data or you can export all of your beehives monthly weights for a 12 month period to see the full picture.

What’s new

Welcome to Hively! A tool to assist Native Beekeepers.
- New feature "Entrance Activity", a new data field that allows you to record and count number of bees entering or exiting the hive. This is great for those who rely more on bee numbers that hive weight.

- We have increased the Free tier limit to 2 hives instead of 1!

- Location fields are now dropdown menus that display existing locations for quicker logs

- You can now sort hives within a location by ID or name.
