There's been bad reviews of this app so I wasn't really sure if I wanted to even install it. However, the website is really bad. Especially when you're trying to reset the password. Sends you in loops. I got much further on the app on resetting my password and its much faster than the website. The negative (both site and app); it takes an extremely long time to receive the verification code email or text message. Both website and app still need a lot of work, but at least I can do what I need.

The app is horrible and so are the other channels for ticket sales. They can't issue tickets over the phone in time for same day flights, the website is terribly buggy and this app keeps you stuck in perpetual loops. For the last 4 years, I've been flying Hong Kong airlines 2-3 times a month. I'll be switching over to other carriers that are more keen on doing business.

Total trash. I'm logged into my account but yet the app doesn't show any of my booked flights (can't add them manually either 🙄) so I can't do anything like book extra luggage or change seats or online check-in or show boarding pass. The only thing I can do with the app is to change my passport number and my home address record in my Fortune Wings account. What is the point? HK Airlines you need to get your money back from your app developers. Absolutely useless.
