Rates are very very low, users pay $10, driver only gets like $4 and then they'll take 20% commission , only warehouse bundled orders are remotely worth it. used this app cos of covid, but even then, there's still a lot of available orders which shows how low the prices are, can't even cover fuel costs. They automatically take away half your fee if u are late by even a bit. They expect u to return the parcel for freeto sender if the recipient cannot receive it. Utterly terrible, don't recommend

App is quite easy to use and easy to understand once you are familiar with it. The only downside is the slow response from the intercom, especially when I need to check on issues such as receiver request chg in delivery date. Also, the item to be delivered is not properly indicated. It can be make better if a picture, or clearer description such as food or goods, can be made as a compulsory fill-up to include.

Most unreliable platform. Accepted a warehouse order. Went there and queued for 2.5hrs to collect only to learn that my order was a duplicate. Warehouse staff said it was app problem. I emailed my feedback on this experience but only receive an automatic reply. This app, which has a lot of bug (such as it doesnt allow you to accept a job of your battery is below 60%), was created by a group without knowledge of the courier industry.
