UPDATE: Bought the service to use it a second time in Spain and the eSim wouldn't work. My phone kept saying "Error with this Sim" and "Carrier Issue". Messaged Holafly twice about assistance or a refund since October 3. No response. ---- The app has sign-in issues, doesn't work correctly. The data service itself is good. It's reliable & setup was easy. However, speeds fluctuate from pretty fast to incredibly slow in Mexico. Works ok in Spain. Better service there.

Holafly's eSIM: Lies, Incompetence, and Frustration Holafly's eSIM service is an absolute travesty. Their marketing is nothing but blatant falsehoods, and their customer support is a complete joke. The primary reason I chose Holafly was their promise of "unlimited data sharing." This was a critical feature for my needs, as I rely on being able to distribute my connection. But the reality was the complete opposite of what they advertised. And not able to reach out to so-called support....

Great & attentive service/app. Easy to use. informative sections prior to use. It did provide a warning that not all phone carriers allow e-sim. I purchased a week use to see if at&t would allow me but sadly they did not. The great thing about HolaFly is that they understand and will provide a full refund after emailing them. However if you're in a rush to receive the refund I suggest asking your carrier before purchase as the refund can take about a month or so. I was impressed with the service
