I'm in my 20s and find this app difficult to use and not at all intuitive. Hard to find anything. I spend most of my time on this app searching for things then eventually calling customer service who also seems to have trouble navigating the app. Airbnb is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to use. All of my other apps are easier than this one. Definitely not using VRBO for future bookings. I can fill up my calendar on Airbnb anyway.

Terrible App. App doesn't allow you to change between your properties. App pages take forever to load. App is unstable/crashes. Selecting a payout account for each property is not at all clear. I had to call VRBO to confirm payouts were actually going to the proper accounts. They need to hire actual programers that can design a better app. They need to take lessons from the AirBNB app. VRBO charges us 3% host fees and can't supply us with a fluid, functioning app? That's ridiculous.

This is a very unstable application. Errors internally prevented me from getting paid, after 4 phone calls, and months they were able to fix that bug. The app doesn't let you update the calendar at times when it's broke. Like now... Vrbo then DBL books properties as the calendar can't be updated. Yesterday I called about this and they said they fixed it but nothing today and I don't expect follow-up from this vendor. Stick with AirBnb if you're new to this process!
