My app will no longer open, so I can't use my Drift at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, plus the Drift, and followed instructions to restore factory defaults. The app won't even allow me to use the settings to check the Wifi or any other issues that may not be working properly. I tried online support and got nowhere. Very frustrating!

Don't buy!!! have not been able get passed the set up screen with out the app constantly crashing. the amount of information and permissions asked of the user is unbeliveable just to be able to use this. Hope someone is able to see this before they make the purchase and saves their money. Because you WON'T be able to use this expensive item

App connects then continues to force close. Unusable. Update: I have installed the updated app as you suggested. Unfortunately, the app still has detrimental issues. While it no longer force closes, there are no available patterns. The pattern menu brings up a search bar but no patterns appear. Also, the Playlist menu, when selected brings up an error message that "Something went wrong!" I can change the speed and color in the home menu, but it is still forever on Demo.
