Unable to get live support for this app. My cameras are no longer visible on my phone. I used the automated chat and went round and round and round to no avail! It is very frustrating that companies assume the customer should be able to figure out every technical problem with no support. I guess now it's expected for customers to pay high prices for the goods, but receive low customer service/support? Well, speaking for the little people, this is not right! Smh

I had high hopes when i bought a camera system, unfortunately this app is a huge let down. It is exteremely unreliable with push notifications. There are multiple times when the cameras sense motion, but the app just fails to generate a notification. The app runs in the background and drains the battery when your phone is not connected to wifi. The final nail in the coffin is that the app is not user friendly. I should not have to look up how to use a basic function of an app.

This app sucks. I have been trying to get my push notifications working on my pixel 2 and my wife's iPhone 6. On both phones I get the notifications in the app but they don't show up in the notifications bar, only in the app. Tech support was nice, but at the end of hours on hold and talking to them I was told the pixle isn't going to work very well with the app and the iPhone has too many security features for the notifications to work. So basically two super popular phones don't work with the app. I will change my review when the get their butts in gear and release a update that fixes this stuff. What's the point of a security system when you don't get notifications when your gone? Useless. Also they immedialty remove my review from their site to keep a high rating.
