About this app

Connect to gardeners around the corner and across the world with gardenstead, a social community of growers, plant-lovers and garden enthusiasts of all levels.

Whether you’re growing in containers on your balcony, tending to a big backyard garden or taking care of one or two (or a hundred) houseplants, you’ll find your people here. Join us! All gardeners and growers are welcome.

If you have gardening questions, this is the space to ask them. If you have gardening expertise, this is the space to share it. And, if, say, you have OUTSTANDING tomatoes growing this year (or cucumbers or damask roses or beans or gladioli…you get the idea)—this is the space where you can show them off.
And, hey, if you just want to have a conversation about growing stuff, or how tired you are of weeding (for example), that’s great too.

Don’t think of yourself as a “gardener”? Totally understand. But, whatever or however you’re growing, this space is for you, too. No matter if you’re growing food in containers, flowers in a bucket or microgreens on a windowsill, you can connect with fellow growers here and share tips, tricks and inspiration.

Indoor gardening has unique benefits and challenges. Connect to fellow houseplant nurturers and share success stories, solutions to pest problems, find answers to fertilizing and watering questions and more! Plus, share experience, expertise and (hopefully) photos of your fabulous plants and indoor spaces.

Is there a particular kind of gardening that lights up your world? Make connections, learn from and share with growers across the gardening spectrum—join one (or all) of the gardenstead groups:

- Flower gardening
- Herb gardening
- Houseplants
- Indoor and small space gardening
- Permaculture and sustainable gardening
- Succulents
- Vegetable gardening

Join a community of people like you, who love plants and feel happiest getting their hands dirty. Let’s talk about plants!
