About this game

Not a single advertisement. Not between games, not along the edge of the board, not folded into a menu. QuanGame Pro ships without any advertising library at all, which means there is no consent form to dismiss and no advertising identifier to read. You tap Play, and you are playing.

Ô ăn quan is older than any of us. In Vietnam it is drawn in chalk on a doorstep, with pebbles picked up off the street, and two people crouch over it until one of them runs out. This is that game, kept whole.

THE BOARD
Twelve squares in a ring: a big quan at either end, five small ones in front of you and five in front of your opponent. Scoop up one of your squares and drop the pieces one at a time into the squares ahead. Pass an empty square, land on a full one, and that square is yours. A quan is worth five points, a pebble one. When both quan are gone, you count.

On screen the pieces travel one square at a time, slowly enough to follow. That is how you start seeing a turn two moves before it arrives.
