Ratings and reviews

I really love that I can check out audiobooks with my library card that aren't available on Libby. Suggested improvements: 1. The ability to preview an audiobook before I use one of my limited borrows. 2. Make audiobooks respond to reverse and forward on a speaker as they do on other apps.

I love accessing library books instantly, without waiting in a queue! I wish there were a way to send ebooks to Kindle but I get why there isn't. My biggest complaint is that there's no way to screenshot and no good way to copy a highlight - I get that there's DRM, but any library ebook that goes on an ereader at least lets you share quotes easily.

I love that my library connects to Hoopla and that I can download books, audiobooks, even movies on demand. 5 stars for that. Hoopla as an app is buggy. More than once, when I've prepared for a trip by downloading my book ahead of time, Hoopla says, NOT TODAY, and makes it impossible to read my book. Super frustrating. Sometimes it just starts an audiobook from the beginning, and loses the position I was at - not easy to get back to the same spot. 3 stars for the app itself.
