The app is terrible, its always crashing or never loading. My experience booking (when the app works) has been fine although it would be better if the app was a little clearer on the baggage allowance and what is included and what the price is. Also sometimes when you are given the choice to select a seat, this does not seem to make it's way to the airline.

My first hotel experience with Hopper was wonderful! The discount I received was superb! The hotel stay beautiful truly worth every penny. So I decided to book again, given the positive first time experience but after choosing to cancel my room because of the confusion regarding the "Price Freeze" a $41 deposit, that I thought would be applied towards my stay. Unfortunately that is exactly what it is only a deposit. Upon check in the full cost of the room is still due.

If you make any changes it will be a nightmare. Apparently I'm an idiot and chose to the CHANGE for any reason instead of the CANCEL for any reason plan shown under the same section. Had to set the flight for a later date and cancelled to leave enough time for us to reschedule. I was able to use only a portion of credit from one airline and the other's fee was so much it nullified the entire credit. Hopper did nothing for me. App is very difficult to navigate and unintuitive. Never again.
