About this app

Pelvana is a private pelvic-floor (Kegel) training app. Pick a goal, and it suggests a short guided routine that gently builds as you keep going — squeeze, hold, release, rest — paced by vibration and optional sound so you can follow the rhythm by feel, without watching the screen.

• Guided timed sessions — a clear squeeze/release rhythm you follow by feel, not by watching.
• Silent, discreet — vibrate-only cue mode and a disguised home-screen icon (Pro).
• Builds gradually — difficulty steps up from your own history.
• Daily streak & reminder — stay consistent without pressure.
• Private by design — your sessions and diary never leave your device.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Pelvana has no account and no sign-in. There is no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting, and no server behind the app — so your training history and diary stay on your phone. Nothing to leak, because nothing is collected.

Pelvana is a fitness & wellness app, not medical advice, and is not a medical device. If you have a health concern, please talk to a qualified professional.

Pelvana Pro (auto-renewing subscription) unlocks the full routine library, full diary history, custom routines, and the discreet mode. US$4.99 per month, renewing until cancelled; cancel anytime in your Google Play subscription settings.

What’s new

What's new in 1.0.2:
• A proper app icon on Android 8 and newer, the disguised icon included: no more small square in a white circle, and it follows themed icons on Android 13+.
• The Pelvana Pro price is shown exactly as Google Play charges it, in your own currency.
• Routine names, Terms and Privacy follow the app's language.
• Fixed: starting a session while it was still loading could leave it stuck.
