Location & privacy
Customers: your location is used to set your pickup point and send the nearest help while you request service. It is not collected in the background.
Drivers: Hopper Roadside collects your location to dispatch nearby jobs and share your live position with the customer during an active job, even when the app is closed or not in use. Location is only tracked while you're on duty or on an active job. The app explains this and asks before any location permission.
