This app is pure, hot garbage. It doesn't allow me to purchase tickets through the app, I had to purchase them on the website. A lot of the time, it doesn't show how many tickets I have left, and it's never shown me how many I've used with the, "used" option. Whoever developed this app has no idea what they're doing and didn't even bother to figure out the kinks before launching this disaster that has the potential rip you off if you're not careful.

you either buy 25 tickets at once with one QR code or buy several individual tickets which each have their own OR code. the app doesn't save Card info so you have to type in your info for each purchase. not an easy app to navigate either. if you don't live on the island there's no reason to get this app. just go to the ticket booth We could just be using the Orca system like every other transportation agency in the puget sound does.

Constantly glitching. Most recent is that once I purchase a ticket it disappears from the app and says that I have none. I have to go into my email to find them and use them . There is no email under "email" for feedback.
