Full description

FambulMed is a personal and family health-record and medication-management app designed for adult account holders. It helps you organise important health information, follow medication schedules and prepare useful records for healthcare appointments. You can manage your own information and separate profiles for up to two children, parents or other people you care for.

Manage health information for your family

• Use your own profile and add up to two people you care for.
• Switch profiles before adding or reviewing information.
• Keep each person’s records, attachments, reminders and dose history separate.
• Confirm that you have permission before managing another adult’s information.

Medication and treatment management

• Record prescriptions, dosage, frequency, duration and prescriber information.
• Choose specific dose times and schedule persistent medication reminders.
• See the patient’s name in reminders when managing more than one person.
• Record a dose as taken, snoozed or skipped.
• Review medication schedules and adherence history for each person.
• Attach a photo of a medicine using the camera or gallery.

Personal health records

• Record doctor visits, diagnoses, treatments and follow-up information.
• Store laboratory results and attach supporting images or documents.
• Maintain a medical history of allergies, chronic conditions, previous surgeries, family history and current medications.
• Keep a record of immunisations.
• Export health records as a PDF when needed.

Patient-entered health measurements

People who already know how to take basic measurements can record:

• Temperature
• Blood pressure
• Pulse
• Blood oxygen saturation
• Blood glucose
• Weight

Measurements are entered manually. FambulMed does not perform clinical triage or measure these values using the phone.

Prepare for emergencies

• Create an emergency health card containing only the critical details you choose.
• Keep the emergency card available when your connection is poor.
• Use its QR code to make selected emergency information easier to access when needed.

Share records on your terms

Create a temporary, read-only link or QR code containing a snapshot of the health records you choose to share. Links automatically expire after 24 hours and can be deactivated sooner by the account holder.

Private and practical

• Sign in using email, Google or phone authentication.
• Receive a clear notice when the app is working offline.
• Access previously synchronised information when available offline.
• Keep every person’s health records private and separate within your account.

FambulMed accounts are intended for users aged 18 and over. An adult account holder may manage a child’s information when they are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to do so.
