Ratings and reviews

Buggy app lately. Prices on the map have started to be wrong. Once you open the hotel the price isn't what you just saw. That's shady as hell Bookings have started to get wonky. Booked at a place that said they had no rooms left. A hotel did not get my reservation. The new "book again" bubbles take up too much space and you have to zoom far in to see what other prices are hiding behind. If you move the map you have to press Search Here at least 3 times to get it to work.

I had two out of three bookings with wrong rooms and features on last trip. The higher priced rate rooms i selected (lower on list of those offered) were not coded correctly and have incorrect information (ie, this rate includes breakfast or this room has x beds). Hotel can't do anything to fix, you uave to work through he to fix. Takes about 40 minutes per mistake. This is really unacceptable.

app use to be great 2 yrs, not anymore. first it logs you out, when you try sign into the app. it's stuck in the sign in screen. second when you book your hotel through engine, it still uses a 3rd party for discounts like priceline. might as well download the priceline app, at least their app always works. finally 3rd i was wondering why wasn't getting any hotel points, it because it's booked through a third party. I book hotels direct now.
