Prospectly gives you a clean desk-like workspace to manage every client relationship from the first outreach to the final payment. The Dashboard welcomes you with a large sticky note counter showing your active clients and a smaller note for the total number of leads in your pipeline. Right below those counters, you will find index card summaries of your three most recently added clients, each marked with a colored paperclip that instantly signals their current status. Tapping the quick-add button takes you straight to the Add tab, where a lined notepad form lets you enter a client name, pick a status from a row of colored dots, set an optional hourly rate, and jot down brief notes. Your entire client list lives in the Clients tab, displayed in a scrollable, searchable directory with a handy status filter that helps you find exactly who you need. Every row shows the client name, a color-coded paperclip icon, and the hourly rate, with edit and delete controls just a tap away. Editing any client opens a smooth bottom sheet modal so you can adjust details without losing your place. Deleting a client triggers a quick unclip animation that makes it feel like you are tidying your actual desk. The Pipeline tab presents a visual dry-erase board resting on a clear acrylic surface, with separate columns for Prospect, Active, Invoiced, and Paid. Each client appears as a tiny rectangular sticky flag attached to the appropriate column, giving you an immediate read on where your work stands. All your client records are stored locally on your device, so your data is always private, available offline, and never requires an account or internet connection. Prospectly combines sticky note counters, index cards, and a dry-erase board into one focused tool that keeps your freelance practice organized without adding complexity.
