HR Genie is the mobile companion for your organisation’s HR and employee services. Sign in securely, stay on top of your work life, and complete everyday HR tasks from your phone.

Account & security
Secure sign-in with your organisation details, password recovery, and optional biometric login where supported.

Your profile & information
View and update your profile, employment and role details, education, leave balances, loan-related information, and important documents. Manage notification preferences and stay informed with in-app notifications.

Leave & time
Request leave, follow approvals, view leave history and related journeys, and access leave-related tools designed for employees and approvers (where enabled by your organisation).

Pay & rewards
Access payslips and payroll-related views, and see recognition such as awards when your employer makes them available.

Travel & expenses
Submit and track travel requests, plans, and related accounting flows according to your company’s policies.

Loans, advances & imprest
Apply for or manage loans, salary advances, and imprest workflows where your HR configuration supports them.

Workplace services & hub
Use the hub for operational areas such as safety and security, disciplinary processes (where applicable), meetings, letters, notices, and other company-specific services your employer exposes in the app.

Incidents & grievances
Report incidents and manage or follow up grievances through guided flows, subject to your organisation’s setup.
