Nava360 HRMS is the official employee app for organisations powered by Nava360. It puts your everyday workplace tasks — attendance, leave,
payroll, tasks, training and team communication — in one secure, easy-to-use app.

Nava360 is a workforce-management app for employees of organisations that use Nava360. You sign in with an account provided by your
employer.

• Mark attendance with a selfie and GPS location for verified check-ins
• View your full attendance cycle, day by day
• Apply for regularisation or leave on days you missed
• Field staff get accurate, on-the-move attendance

🔒 Privacy & Security
Your data is protected with encrypted connections and access controls. The app uses:
• Camera — only to capture your attendance selfie and profile photo
• Location (including background) — only to verify attendance and log field travel while you are checked in; a notification is shown while
tracking is active
• Notifications — to deliver work updates

A few things to tweak before you paste

- Background-location sentence is deliberately explicit — Google reviews location apps strictly, and this matches your privacy policy +
Data safety form. Keep it.
- Adjust the feature list if any module isn't in the published build yet (e.g. remove Payroll/Chat lines if those screens aren't shipping
in v1) — the description must match what's actually in the app, or it can be rejected.
- Confirm the support email ([e-mail]) is monitored, or swap it.
- Emojis are allowed by Google and improve scannability, but you can strip them if you prefer a plainer listing
