It's fine to use to authorise things but the interface for seeing what is in the bank is limited and the next working day transactions never show properly. When I first go on it it shows transactions that are already in and then click on and off a few times and you get amounts showing but then it doesn't tell you the names of the people. What is the point in having an option to see what is going in the next day if you can't trust the figures or see the names..?

it frequently crashes and glitches. Most importantly I can't do basic things via the app. I need to go on the desktop to make payments, view what credits were made and who it came from

Pretty awful experience so far. Terrible UI, slow loading and a torrent of menus to go through. Setting up payments has never been so frustrating, especially when there're so many restrictions when creating beneficiaries. Not impressed.
