About this app

Welcome to the HTeaO App! It makes it easy to earn points, redeem rewards, and get HTeaO delivered right to your door.

Features Include:
1. Order Ahead — Place your order with your device, and choose pick-up or delivery
2. Earn Drips — Earn points with every purchase when you scan your in-app QR code, pay with the app, or use your account phone number or email address.
3. Redeem Rewards — Use your points to redeem HTeaO rewards.
4. Select Favorite Location and Orders — Got a favorite HTeaO or order? We'll remember them in our app when you set them up.

Ratings and reviews

Locked out of my account. I got a new phone. And started my account by logging in to Facebook to set it up. I have almost 300 drip rewards that I can no longer access because when I try to log in I'm told "Feature Unavailable: Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app, since we are updating additional details for this app. Please try again later" And it's been saying that since February.

The app was great before the update. Now it logs you out all the time. When you get to the window, you have to pull it up, update again, and log in. It's not worth the hassle. The previous app was more user friendly. Never had issues with it. No other take out apps require this much. My frequency of going here will definitely decrease significantly, from every other day, sometimes twice a day while I'm working to maybe once a month.

I bought a digital gift card through the app for $20 and when I got to the check-out drive-thru to use it cashier said it wouldn’t scan into the system. I went inside the store and manager couldn’t figure it out either. They said they only took physical gift cards. So now I’m out $20. Why bother to have an app that doesn’t work at your stores.
