App is terrible in every aspect website is just as bad. limited options from limited places some restaurants are only available at certain times on certain days and in the middle of a order the restaurant might become unavailable. Other delivery websites are better setup with lower fees and more reasonable minimums haven't really had any issues with drivers though.
Just placed order as I've done in past. With outbreak, payment up front and no touch delivery. I get that. Specifically asked food to be placed on platform on top of stairs. Delivery person ignored my specified request and callously left food on my dirty doormat and food was cold, even though restaurant 3 minutes away. I tried to communicate via their chat with no response. Super disappointed!
