The customer service is very poor. It is also not possible to write a note to the cook, which all the other apps have (no mayo please). It's just not very functional to use the app from your phone.

Yo why is there a tip added automatically when the app barely even works? Half the time my entire zip code is disabled in the app. Viking is a joke

Mandatory tipping? That's not tipping that's a fee. This is the last time I use your service. It's too expensive anyway.
