Every day we propose new micro-exercises to keep you active and moving.
You can choose from more than 200 different activities to do at home, in your workspace or outdoors.

We accompany you during the activities.
Before starting, you will be able to see what each activity is about, with clear explanations on how to do them. Upon completion, you will receive tips and advice to continue improving your quality of life.

With human180, every activity adds to your quality of life. Our goal is to help you do at least 6 minutes of micro-activities per day. 180 minutes of activity per month will help you build healthy habits and incorporate physical activity into your life, in an easy and fun way.

human180's philosophy is simple: it is better to do a little every day than a lot in one day. Try to do at least one activity a day. With less than a minute of effort you maintain your daily streak and build the foundation for a healthier life. If you can do more activities in one day, perfect! All your activities add points in our general ranking. Compete with your friends to reach the top. You can also encourage them to help them achieve their goals.

Reach new achievements.
If you want to take your activity to the maximum, every month you can participate in Desafio180, with special activities focused on more specific and intense training. The challenge is to carry out 10 days of special activities during the course of the month. Desafío180 has its own ranking. What are you waiting for to participate?

Stay Active.
Through our personalized notifications we help you stay active and do more activities during the day. Using our personalized calendar you will be able to track your progress and achievements throughout the month. Keeping that calendar always complete will help you build healthy habits.
