About this app

This app will allow you to view the details of your claims and referral and authorizations including status, provider information and associated dates. You can also view, print, share to files and email your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Referral Letters. In addition, you can view your eligibility, PCM information, cat cap and deductible (where applicable), make payments, review payment history and find network providers.

I hate this app. I hate being forced to log in with DS Login. And when try to authenticate, I have to switch focus to get a code, but the app doesn't work with "alt-tabbing" , so I have to re-open the app, which often resets the whole thing. Trying to find care specialists is a nightmare. Too many variations of the same specialties, so when I select "depression", it fills the filters with EVERY TYPE imaginable, including unrelated ones, and it takes several seconds for each one I try to clear.

The app is so poorly designed. You can not easily log in for one. It won't let you switch from it to the authenticator app without closing. When you reopen it, you have to re log in, which means your code has expired. You also can't easily find information except your name and your doctor's name, along with searching for specialists. Not helpful at all. The website is far easier than this nonsense.

Functional, but poorly designed. Navigation is bafflingly convoluted (back button doesn't work... You need to tap on the name to switch between family members? Weird). Screens are often just captured browser windows instead of native "app-like" functionality. Was able to log right in and access data though. Edit: zero results for my PCM, despite them being listed in my profile. Just trying to make an appointment, but it's apparently not possible. What is even the point of this app?
