The Humanodoro app, paired with the Humanodoro smart pad, helps you
defeat phone addiction by giving your phone a dedicated place to
rest. Set the time you want to go without distractions, choose the apps you
want to block, and start a verified focus session.
Session modes:
Phone-Free
Leave the phone on the Humanodoro Pad and step away. You choose which apps to lock down. While you are away, those apps stay off-limits, and your phone stays out of the loop.
App Block
Start a session anytime and keep your phone with you. The apps you choose are locked until one of two things happens: a quick tap of your Humanodoro Pad unlocks them, or the timer runs out on its own. This is made for moments when you need to focus on the go.
Key Features:
- Challenge Yourself Daily: Set achievable goals to reduce screen time step by step and develop healthier phone habits.
- Verified Focus Sessions: Use Phone-Free or App Block sessions to reduce distractions in the way that fits your day.
- Track Your Journey: Monitor your phone-free progress, complete daily goals, and review long-term improvements in the My Profile section.
- Stay Motivated Together: Use the Your Humans section to share progress, support each other, and stay accountable with your loved ones.
- A Dedicated Space for Your Phone: The smart pad provides a designated spot for your phone, helping you disconnect and focus more easily.
AccessibilityService API disclosure:
Humanodoro uses the Android AccessibilityService API only for verified Phone-Free and App Block sessions. During an active verified session, the app uses AccessibilityService to detect when a selected blocked app becomes the foreground app, so Humanodoro can show a focus block screen and help enforce the session you chose.
The service reads app/window change events and the foreground app package name only while a verified session is active. Humanodoro does not read screen text, capture screenshots, record audio, enter text, perform gestures, change system settings, or control other apps.
This access is used only to enforce your selected focus rules, show the block overlay, and record local session evidence for the active session.
