Could be easier There were times during the ordering process where the picture did not relate to the item ordered, IE, ordering a circular pizza, but the picture is rectangular. Had to stop my order half a dozen times before I just adjusted one of the specialty pizzas to get what I wanted. Haven't got my order yet, let's hope it's all good👍
Address I selected my home address and the store near my home, but when I submitted the order, it got sent to a store about 30 miles away. Thank God the employees caught it and called me.. Tried multiple times to get it to send to the correct store instead of the default store, but it wouldn't. Ended up having to order without the app.. I was really excited about the app. Hopefully you guys can fix this issue.
It needs a lot of UI help. If you create a password it doesn't like (it doesn't tell you which charters are legal), it wipes out the entire account creation page, sending you back to square one. Why, exactly, is this easier than seamless? Is certainly not easier for the customer, but I'm sure it's cheaper for Blackjack.
Can't change the restaurant , every time I order I try and change the location and I always get a call saying that the 84th and federal is not in my delivery area then they charge my card , cancel and I gave to call another location. MAJOR PAIN. will not use again for delivery.
Options don't always agree with item selection. For example, pick cinabread and can only make cheesy bread choices. Scroll bar in app didn't work so could only get coupon and pizza choices until went to checkout and then back home. But, we LOVE the pizza!!! So will continue to struggle through.
If you select the wrong store, they can't just transfer your order. You have to go change your store (a bit difficult to do) and then reorder. Hopefully, the original store will actually refund our card. Also, apparently different stores have different coupons.
