I have a gattis across the highway from my house but the app will not let me order from that location, not even for pickup. I've been told for months that "tech is working on it". Instead, I have to order from a location a lot further away and I get charged a lot more. Plus the last time I ordered, I was given a plain cheese pizza but was charged for superonni, which is a lot more money. I called and they said they would take it off my bill. It was never taken off.

The pizza is amazing (at least in my town) but the app could use some work. It glitches out sometimes and you have to restart your order, and when checking out, it pulls up an "add ranch" option, but with no way to skip. You have to back out and then proceed back to your cart. The mobile deals on the pizza ans rewards are good, but not as good as other pizza places. However, the taste of the pizza (in my town) compensates for this above average price.

Love the pizza. The app is very frustrating. Freezes constantly. Press back too many times and erases your current order. Add a coupon to the basket and when you go to checkout, your basket wont load with details. Entering new card info gets stuck on selecting Jan. Would rather call into the store. Still my favorite pizza
