It seems like Vivo has been mitigating some sorts of unexpected behavior on application-level network conn and it is not possible to access any website, service, etc. Well, it could be a problem with some proxies as dealing with multiplexing on network is not that easy, but I'm not sure.

remove the ads after connecting. it would only be fair if the connection speeds where good, they arent. fix oscilating, one second its at 50ms the other 999ms.. fix this, its unusable
