Ratings and reviews

The app is reliable and works well. I like that there are no ads. But my main complaint is that the app doesn't support group texting. (Support confirmed that Hushed currently doesn't have this feature. That was several months ago, and there's still no group MMS.) If I try to join a group chat, Hushed starts a new conversation with the last person to reply, and if that person answers me, no one else in the group sees it! Please add this feature, and I'll raise my rating to 5 stars.

Notifications not reliable, has caused me to miss calls and texts that in doing so has cost me business. Doesn't save drafts of SMS messages, very inconvient. My wife has this app on her iOS phone where we share the numbers between us and she has experienced the same issues. Can't afford to miss calls and l texts, so now looking for something reliable.

I would have given this app 4 stars but I didn't because of a few problems I have had. One of the most frustrating things about this app is that even though I have told my watch to show me calls and texts, it does not. I have many other apps that this feature works on, so I know it's not my phone or watch. Their BOTS need to be better at determining SPAM. One message to one person IS NOT SPAM! This app does what is supposed to, but I'm not sure I'll renew it again.
